  • We do Not Provide Return Services at Eyeglassy but in the Case of manufacturing Damage we do provide a product replacement within 15 days
  • please do not accept the parcel if there is an addition tape on the parcel .

  • The eyeglasses must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • Once we receive the returned eyeglasses and verify their condition, we will issue a store credit for the same amount as the returned product.

  • Instead, we offer store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product.
  • This store credit can be used to make future purchases on Eyeglassy.in.

Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on prescription lenses as they are custom-made to fit your specific requirements.
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
